    Everything was perfect, except the following areas need improvement: - room cleaning - laundry - Breakfast, fresh pastries and coffee. I’d like to thank Mr . Moheb for extraordinary efforts provided at the check out time to solve an issue related to the laundry department.

    The hotel is well furnished with very polite staff who are trying hard but i believe they need totally different management. The hotel, despite being clean and nice, lacks any capacity to cope with just 50% booking. The staff is clearly shocked with the number of guests (we are in Eid vacation) with no plan for even the simplest guest needs. The solo mall in town is almost closed (except for two cafes) while the hotel doesn't have any solutions for the guests who need anything out of the hotel. No shops, no entertainment plan, pathetic animation team, no water facilities, all services stop by 10 pm in a ghost city where you have no options but to go sleep. The hotel is much less (for vacations) then normal 4 or 5 stars hotels in any location. It might be good for business meetings or so.
