Le Sidi - A TLT Signature Hotel

The decoration, architecture, and overall facilities were beautiful. I especially loved the seawater pool, the two different pools, the restaurant, and the easy beach access. The adults-only atmosphere was a big plus. The quality of the soap and conditioner was very nice, and the small thoughtful touches—such as providing basic medicine, plasters, playing cards were appreciated. The farewell giveaway at the end was also a lovely touch

The air conditioning was not working properly, the bathroom door did not lock, and there was a sewage smell. Most importantly, the final price on Booking.com was unclear, with significant taxes added that felt like hidden costs. The London Taxi service they deal with is also quite expensive, and Uber service within Hacienda is generally poor and unreliable

The staff are amazing, helpful and made our trip exceptional. The hotel is safe and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will visit again.

The facilities need minor upgrades, for instance the bathroom door is loose and does not lock.

It is a boutique one and very descent staff especially Mariam at the reception. I believe I will visit it again. Calm, clean and suitable for couples.

Room was smelly. Very bad beach experience. Service is extremely slow at breakfast. You hardly see the sea from the room. For 50% of the rooms you can’t stay outdoors it’s very hot.
