殆どのスタッフの方が感じが良く、声をかけやすく親切でした
上の部屋がドタドタととてもうるさく、我慢ができないレベルでフロントに連絡したのに、対応内容が部屋の外から音を確認して問題ないようだったので、声をかけずに戻られたとのこと。もちろんドタドタはおさまらない。２回目にフロントに連絡した際に改めて部屋の方に声をかけてくださったようですが，最初からこの対応をしてほしかった。叫び声ではなく、走り回る騒音は部屋の外ではわかりにくいかと思うので… また、チェックアウト時間と精算時間が違うのは、何故？チェックアウトの時に精算させてほしかった。

中庭が綺麗で、楽しめたので良かったです。 お風呂もゆっくり入れて楽しめました。
喫煙所内の臭いがかなり気になりました。
