Mooi en fijn verblijf!

We verbleven voor 4 nachten (wintersport) in een prachtig, schoon en compleet uitgerust appartement (appartement Auszeit). De badkamer met toilet is ruim en met een heerlijke douche, voorzien van voldoende handdoeken, toiletpapier, shampoo/zeep, tissues en een föhn. De slaapkamer heeft een ruime kast en stevige bedden. In de woonkamer een (slaap)bank, eettafel en grote tv. De keuken is compleet. Door het hele appartement veel kastruimte en er zijn spelletjes aanwezig. Ondanks dat de woning onder de Brennerpas is heb je er weinig geluid van door de goede isolatie. De skigebieden zijn goed aan te rijden!

Io e mia moglie ci siamo innamorati di questo appartamento. La location é fantastica, dal panorama al design dell’interno. Tutto nuovissimo e in stile scandinavo, con parquet e rivestimenti in legno sulle pareti. Attrezzata di tutto il necessario…tutto pensato nei minimi particolari. L’ambiente é molto caldo e accogliente, che, dato le temperature esterne, é decisamente piacevole !! Tutto nuovo e PULITISSIMO !! Molto apprezzato il regalo di benvenuto, un vasetto di miele di produzione dell’azienda proprietaria degli appartamenti.

Perfekt für uns auf dem Weg nach Süden

Wir waren auf dem Weg in den Süden und suchten nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf halbem Wege und nah am Brenner. Dafür war die Lage ideal. So konnten wir gleich morgens ohne Stau weiter fahren. Das Haus ist sehr neu und wirklich schön und ansprechend ausgebaut, sehr stilvoll, sehr sauber. Da hat sich wirklich jemand Mühe gegeben! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, auch wenn wir nur sehr kurz da waren. Den Ort haben wir daher auch nur kurz gesehen, waren aber schnell zu Fuß im Restaurant, beim Bäcker und Einkauf.

Die Nähe der Autobahn (quasi direkt über dem Haus) hat Vor- und Nachteile. Für uns war es ein Vorteil, im Sommer bei geöffneten Fenstern könnte es etwas laut sein.

Außergewöhnlich – in allen Punkten

Alles top! Wir waren 3 Motorradfahrer, leider nur auf der Durchreise. Dieses Apartment ist unbedingt (auch) für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen! Der Vermieter/Besitzer hat uns sogar für den Regen-Notfall angeboten, die Motorräder halb unter dem Dach zu beladen, war aber nicht nötig! Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, keine unnötigen "Hinstellerchen" und trotzdem viel (Schrank-)Raum für eigene Utensilien in jedem Raum, auch im Bad! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und alles war picobello sauber! Restaurants, Frühstück, alles fußläufig erreichbar – besser geht's nicht!

Fantastisch

Appartement Stoacherhof, Matrei am Brenner Wij hebben met veel plezier overnacht in Appartement Stoacherhof. Het appartement is ruim opgezet met grote kamers en een moderne, smaakvolle inrichting. Alles was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd, waardoor we ons direct thuis voelden. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel en de keuken is volledig uitgerust met een complete inventaris. Het uitzicht op de bergen is prachtig en draagt bij aan het vakantiegevoel. De ligging is perfect: op nabije afstand vind je een supermarkt en een bakkerij, en tegelijkertijd is het appartement ideaal gesitueerd voor uitstapjes naar zowel het Stubaital als de Dolomieten. Tevens ligt het direct aan de Brennerpas, wat een ideale situatie is op doorreis naar Italië. Kortom: Appartement Stoacherhof is een aanrader voor wie een ruim, modern en goed gelegen verblijf zoekt in Matrei am Brenner. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Ungewöhnlicher Ort zum Durchschnaufen!

Das Apartment war super eingerichtet und sehr gut geschnitten. Ein tolles Bad rundeten den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Ist auch sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

Die Lage ist für den einen oder anderen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Uns hat die Nähe zur Autobahnbrücke nicht gestört und hören tut man diese auch nicht.

Byli jsme moc spokojení

Nemáme absolutně co vytknout. Cestovali jsme za lyžováním na Stubai a ubytování u Stricknerových byl krásný bonus navíc a zážitek sám o sobě. Mladá rodina, která se snaží, aby hosté byli maximálně spokojení. Apartmán byl krásný a čistý, s hezkým výhledem. Mile nás překvapila i pečlivě vybavená kuchyň, nic nechybělo. Děkujeme.

Top appartement, eigenlijk te leuk voor simpele stop over nacht.

Frisse sfeer met veel hout, uitgebreide keuken plus faciliteiten, te weinig tijd gehad om te gebruiken. Perfecte logistiek om binnen te komen en te vertrekken. Heerlijke koffie uit machientje.

Een bordje eerder aan de straat mutzens zou handig zijn. (Beter zou zijn wc los van douche voor viertal mensen).
