Наш поезд прибыл в Сорренто примерно в 9–10 утра. Мы попросили Марчело помочь с багажом, и он с радостью сразу предложил решение сказал, что в 11:00 в квартире будет выезд предыдущих гостей и начнётся уборка, поэтому мы можем оставить вещи.Мы оставили чемоданы и пошли гулять, а апартаменты нам предоставили даже раньше установленного времени заезда. Всё было просто замечательно отличное расположение, удобные и очень чистые комнаты. Везде чувствовался приятный аромат, даже в шкафах было идеально чисто и свежо. Честно говоря, мне даже было жалко чем-то пользоваться, чтобы ничего не испачкать. Отдельно хочется отметить Марсело — он просто чудо! Он бесплатно консультировал нас по всем вопросам, всё подробно объяснил и показал. Он всегда был на связи как в WhatsApp, так и в Booking и до заезда, и даже после.

The host was super nice and helpful. He was also very quick in answering our texts when we needed information. The house has everything you need and amenities area available in the area within a few minutes' walk.

The ensuite bathroom had a drain smell, and that room had no windows lacking natural light. It's 20 min walk to Sorrento city centre. When we arrived, the Booking app showed a different location to the door number given and had to walk further 5 min away from the centre. But I believe the cost of the accommodation is fair. The nearest to the centre the more expensive it is after all.

Everything! The host was more than helpful and he literally sat with us to explain every detail about the apartment and the places to visit. He was one message away from us. He also assisted us with our luggage.
