+ wonderful location; away feom the loud streets of plaka, but close, rather in a mature, tavern filled district + household amenities are more than enough + good wifi connection + cozy balcony + clean, no bugs
- bathroom is a problem for 1,85m+ people - some bathroom appliances need renewal

The location is great as it's safe, cozy and authentic altough like with all of athens the streets are pretty noisy from motorcycles or cats and dogs, but since the sound isolation is great and we had 2 ACs it was not a problem. The place itself was very cozy and we got towels and extra sheets for the bed and all of the appliances and even extras like a coffee machine, panini grill were there which was perfect!
The cooking pan is worn out and scraped up a lot and some dishes were not very clean with a bit of staining

Maria was very helpful and responsive. She lives right upstairs and is always of assistance, I forgot to bring a European adapter to charge my phone and she let me borrow one before I could go out to the city and buy. She even had some welcome snacks/gift. Overall great experience!
