Everything what would you need for a short term stay. Close to supermarkets. And Acropolis hills are 10 minutes away.
No issues with this property. But if you want to rent a car, there is no parking space around at all.

Excellent stay in a modern and cozy apartment in a beautiful neighborhood of Athens. Whenever we needed anything, the manager was immediately available to help us.
With a few modernizations and touch-ups, it would be even more beautiful!

Great location, 3 minutes to the Metro. safe and quiet area, surrounded by cozy local taverns with good food. The apartment is really cozy, tidy. The bedroom is spacious with a balcony, the bed is large and comfortable. A cozy balcony to the courtyard, large plants cover it from the neighbors. Mosquito nets, you can safely keep the balcony door open. The spacious living room with access to the balcony is connected to the kitchen. Small kitchenette, but everything is there. It was nice to drink Espresso coffee on the balcony every morning. The bathroom and shower are spacious. We always kept in touch with the host, he responded quickly to requests, made suggestions where to eat, took care of how we were doing. Independent check-in, middle key box (there are 3).
