A localização, limpeza, conforto e comodidades são excelentes.
A única coisa ruim é que é preciso subir um pequeno lance de escadas para entrar no prédio e outro pequeno lance para atingir o elevador, o que pode ser ruim para idosos e pessoas com mobilidade ou força reduzidos.

The room was in very convenient location, near the tram, the beach and supermarket. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. All necessary daily use items were included. The hostes answers very quickly on messages.

die Lage ist gut und es sind nur wenige Haltestellen bis zur Innenstadt in Nizza. Man ist auch gleich am Meer, das dauert keine 3 Minuten. Bäcker und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke für Besorgungen.
das Apartment wurde von der Wohnung des Vermieters getrennt bzw. umgebaut. man wohnt direkt neben dem Vermieter. Bad/WC und Küche machen wg. den Umbauten einen provisorischen Eindruck. Schlechte Ausstattung der Küche. (nicht zum Kochen geeignet)
