Private 1-BR DC Residential-Style Stay Parking

This cozy little apartment is ideal for couples, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We particularly appreciated the coffee and tea available in the kitchen. It was also very considerate of the host to provide shower gel, soap, and shampoo for guests. The bed was extremely comfortable. Aside from a few minor drawbacks, which were completely tolerable, we genuinely enjoyed our stay at the place. We recommend it to anyone.

The AC uses a portable thermometer as its temperature sensor, which was originally in the living room. Since the airflow in the bedroom is low, the temperature was a bit inconsistent until we moved the sensor into the bedroom. Additionally, there's no separate controller for the AC. Due to the lightweight construction of American buildings, you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking or children running.

The host is very friendly and supportive. I showed up at the door before my scheduled check-in time and he was kind enough to allow me access the house earlier

Everything is good but perhaps provide a net as there were lots of mosquitoes perhaps cut the grass but overall I will still rate a 9/10

Noise from occupants in the apartment above and tree lopping at 0730 one morning were not favourable. We were reminded to keep any noise/activity to a minimum which we did, but had to wear earplugs due to heavy footsteps, children banging things and running around in apartment above us. Power tripped out, but with help from owner, finally got back on.
