Cozy 1BR Basement Unit with Private Entry & Free Parking

I loved EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! From the initial interaction with hostess Alexis, to the beautifully advertised, identical to photos in person, to fully stocked necessities, to bring centrally located to ALl I needed during my stay… this property is bar far the best I’ve experienced!!!!! I’m not easily impressed, but staying in this property truly impressed the heck out of me lol! :) Hospitality at its finest!

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like at this property!

I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this quiet hidden treasure of â basement unto style place to stay while I visited the DC area. This unit most definitely exceeded my expectations in all the right ways! The space, layout, fresh clean smell when I walked in and overall cleanliness was a very pleasant surprise! I loved how the hostess Alexis ensured the unit was well equipped with daily essentials and I loved how bright the lighting was throughout the unit. For this to have been a basement unit, with out a traditional kitchen, I loved how the hostess ensured a mini refrigerator and air fryer with applicable seasonings and utensils including but not limited to cups and plates with an adequate size counter top space. I never missed that traditional kitchen during my stay- I had all I needed! Very well done and intentional in my opinion to make sure guests did not lack for anything - I did not lack for anything! Location of this unit was convenient to all things I needed in the city, multiple electric heaters were available if needed and the air conditioning unit did its job seamlessly! Final note- I sent pictures of where I was staying to my family and they could not believe this was a basement lol- Very well done and the superb hospitality that paired with this stay was PERFECT 10’s across the board! This unit is a must stay!!!! Can’t wait to return when I’m back in the city!

- Free street parking, shower pressure was excellent. Clean on the inside of unit.

- Could hear upstairs neighbors walking around and being noisy even after midnight. - Smelled of animal (dog or cat) poop right outside the door. - Bed was not too comfortable and made a lot of noise everytime you would move. - Towels need to be updated (pretty thin).
