Thanks to it's location, the sea and Tuscan landscape stretches on the horizon and can be admired from the private swimming pool or any of the balconies and terrace seating areas. Though wi-fi isn't available here, you'll still have plenty to occupy yourself. Several scenic points are within walking distance for those who appreciate nature, and the steps leading from the villa and directly to the sea is a dream for beach lovers. Home truths: *There is no wi-fi at this home. *We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to fifteen cars available. *As there are stairs to climb here, it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. *The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in a bedroom. *While all the bedrooms and bathrooms aren't photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. *Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home. *Your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
