Great spacious apartment in short walking distance from the center and the university, very calm and well equipped.
Might be noted that it is fourth floor without elevator. Makes great sights though.

Right in Tartu city, walkable to everything. Very nice place with a good view from the bedroom window, really nice host who was very helpful on my check-out day.
I'd have to deliberately look for things to complain about but bear in mind it is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. For anyone reasonable mobile though, this is not a deal-breaker. I would absolutely stay here again.
