    Room is big cozy and clean. The location is like 10 minutes wall by Metro, can also take bus. Not many good food nearby. The sap area is small. The breakfast was nice!

    We arrived in Lisbon during a heatwave, and unfortunately our room, which was west-facing, became extremely hot. Although we kept the curtains closed during the day, the air conditioning was ineffective, making it very difficult to sleep comfortably at night. We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately no action was taken to resolve the problem. In addition, the windows were very dirty, making it difficult to enjoy the view outside. There were also several maintenance issues in the room. One of the shower screens was missing, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. The toilet leaked whenever it was flushed, with water flowing onto the floor. Furthermore, the hinge on the main entrance door appeared to be damaged. The staff were polite and helpful in their interactions with us; however, they were unable to resolve any of these issues or offer us an alternative room. Given the number of maintenance problems and the lack of an effective response, our stay was disappointing.
