The house is cute and clean as pictured. Washer and dryer works really well.
The door code did not work upon my arrival. I called the Vaca number three times and waited outside the property for over 90 minutes with a small child, in the heat unable to enter the apartment because customer service didnt have a process in place for unlocking the door after 5. After about 90 minutes stranded with luggage under the beaming son, a customer service rep finally transferred me to a supervisor.
This was a Black gentlemen who contacted the Vaca property locally (after hours) and was able to provide next steps for entering the property. He was truly my hero that day. I feel so bad im forgetting his name, but without him getting me access our trip would have been ruined. I thank God for him helping us.
Also i left my jacket and it would be nice to receive a call to get it back.
