Walkout 2-bedroom villa very close to the beach and huge community pool.

We have rented many times and I will say this home was one of the best for meeting all of our needs. The house was clean, well stocked, very convenient and pet friendly. The bedrooms are set up for a perfect night of sleep with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. The location is perfect since it is within walking distance of Coligny Park and a public beach access. We booked last minute but there was no issues at all . Great communication! We would definitely stay there again.

The property was amazing. It was fully stocked with everything for the beach and pool that you could possibly need. Everything is labeled to help with operation and organization. The beach, park, and restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk. The place is great for kids and dogs as well. Isabel was fantastic and helped my son's birthday be very special. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic, family and pet friendly place to stay! Isabel’s unit was clean, check in and check out were easy and just as described in her messages, and communication was prompt and courteous throughout. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, full-size coffee pot and Keurig, and ice maker in the freezer for packing and keeping cool snacks for the beach. The main room has a super cozy sectional, huge TV, and has an awesome selection of kids games and toys. There’s a beach wagon, chairs, and beach shade in the closet. Hose for the unit for rinsing things off is out back on the back patio. The beach is a ten min easy walk with public access at the end of the street. Coligny is also a 10-15 min walk away, so easy access to a lot of great stuff on the island! Primary bed has a bathroom with a shower but second bathroom has a bathtub, which is again perfect for kids. Overall, great stay made excellent by the lovely host.
