New Home 3br/25br w/ kayak access sleeps 9

Very nice house overall. Very spacious. Nice location. They had a nice kayak and beach chairs for you to use during your stay. Very close to Wolf Bay. It was maybe a 2 minute walk from the house.

The staff that handles bookings along with booking.com texted several times asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay as pleasant as possible to just let them know. I informed them that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and that there was trash and food all over the pull out sofa bed, and there was a booger wiped on the bed frame that is attached to the wall in one of the bedrooms. I asked if they could send someone out to clean the sofa bed and the booger off the frame as well as bring some mattress covers as well, and we would put them on the bed due to the master bedroom mattress was horrible. As soon as I sent the reply in response to them asking if they could do anything at all to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, I never heard back the rest of the stay which was 5 days before we checked out. They had sent roughly 5 or 6 text asking me about this on day one of our stay and for them to not even acknowledge me after my response was very unprofessional. I would have been accepting of them just saying they would try to accommodate our request even if they were unable to at the time. That would have made me feel as if they really cared about the comfort of their guest. Them making repeated request is obviously just for the sake of saying it, or they would have responded, letting us know something. I would stay again if they do something about the mattress in the master bedroom and if they actually clean the sofa bed and twin bed frame that had the booger on the bottom. Zoom in to see the nasty stuff on the sofa bed, and sorry, I didn't get a Pic of the booger, but overall the stay was better than not..
