It was quiet and spacious. I really liked the open floor plan of the common areas, and it was exceptionally clean. The arrangement of beds upstairs was also good, as there was one room with a bunk and a half and a separate queen sized bed. Everything about the house was exactly as pictured on the website. It was a pet and kid friendly house as there were board games and books, and pet pads and a micro-brush to clean up fur.
I guess because the property is so close to the water, the pipes are “sensitive”, so there were reminders posted in each bathroom to NOT FLUSH ANYTHING, including toilet paper, or a $500 fee would be added to the stay if there were problems with plumbing afterwards. There were baggies and little Genie-type trash cans to dispose used toilet paper in, which we took out every morning.
