Pathetic and I wish I had never stayed there. A big waste of money.
The location was what I needed. The master bedroom was amazing once it was cleaned by my sister and I.
The way this facility was advertised did not match what we walked into. The pictures do not match either. This was advertised as a 4 bed 3 bath sleep 16 rental. It is only 2 bathrooms with a half bath. Also not really sure how it sleeps 16 the way they had it set up and arranged. The supply closet was locked and no code left for it. We had to purchase items because we did not have access to them. Once told we were getting access we had to message ain because it was still locked. We found dirt and trash in couch the cushions from where it wasn't cleaned correctly ( or at all). The fridge was nasty when we got there as well as one of the bedrooms clearly had not been cleaned correctly as there was trash all under the bed and on the sheets when we pulled out the tumble beds to be used. We took pictures and videos of all these items and sent them and then was given a ridiculous excuse for why the house was this way. Was only offered a 50$ refund which we still have not received. We also noticed that all bad reviews from the guest book get ripped out. When we pay 297$ for a cleaning fee we expect to not have to clean the entire house before being able to enjoy out stay. I rented this for my son's wedding and I had to deal with things I should not have had to deal with. Also my parents were freezing cold the entire time because somehow the unit kept being adjusted after my husband and I spent several minutes and several times adjusting it and making it a temperature that was suitable for them.

It was nice but not the best stay, a few changes could make it better in the future.
The property was nice in a great location and community. The game room was also a great hit.
The property was not cleaned very well before we came, the dirty towels from previous guests were still in the washer not started. For a house that sleeps 16 there was very limited paper towels, toilet paper, silverware, etc. Having only 2 showers was unexpected, by three bathrooms on the listing we were expecting to have three full baths not 2.5.

FLIES EVERYWHERE!!! Not enough towels and rags for the amount of people the house can hold. Make it known that there is no toilet paper, so guests know they need to bring their own!
