Comfortable bed (long enough for 2m person), clean room and central location
Noisy room, bring ear plugs. You can hear the neighbors talking and closing doors. The street down you can hear traffic from, even though you are on 6th floor. Bathroom needs an update. Clean but not modern anymore.

Great location close to the bus station, town centre and excellent restaurants. The washing machine is communal but functional. Secure luggage storage available pre- and post-checkout. Mattia, our host, was very helpful and welcoming.
The Feria setting up at 6am below our windows was a bit of a wake up call, but such fun wandering through it later.

Apartament jest świetnie zlokalizowany. Jest czysty i komfortowy. Kontakt z gospodarzem jest znakomity. Zakwaterowanie odbyło się bez żadnych problemów. Czekała na nas woda oraz kapsułki do kawy. Mogę szczerze polecić to miejsce.
Łazienka nadaje się do lekkiego remontu. Prysznic był czysty, ale w średnim stanie.

Very close to historic center - in 2-3 minutes by foot you are in center of Catania. Clear intructions how to get to the appartment from the owner.
Appartment is in a building that is not well maintained. Elevator is small and stuffy. Bathroom was not really clean and need some renovation, kitchen also needs some maintenance.
