The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent - only about 5 minutes from the city centre and within easy walking distance of both the central train station and the bus station for Taormina/Syracuse. Everything was perfectly organised with detailed instructions by the owner, access codes and a very smooth self-check-in process. Communication was clear and efficient throughout. We especially appreciated being able to store our backpacks after check-out in a secure luggage room, which allowed us to enjoy our last hours in Catania without carrying our bags around. The apartment was also a great base for exploring the city and taking day trips around Sicily. Overall, it offered excellent convenience, comfort and value for money.

The apartment itself was great, but the surrounding area could be cleaner as there was quite a lot of litter in the neighbourhood.

Catania è un'esperienza. Per viverla appieno servono due cose: la posizione per poter raggiungere tutto a piedi e le persone capaci di darti i consigli giusti. La struttura gestita da Mattia e Angelo è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto (l'Alibus passa proprio lì vicino), accessibile con self-check in e si trova ad un passo da via Etnea. Bagno completo di tutto. Un messaggio dai gestori con molti utilissimi consigli su dove bere, mangiare e visitare la città: io e i miei due amici ne abbiamo usufruito e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Da tornare.

Very close to historic center - in 2-3 minutes by foot you are in center of Catania. Clear intructions how to get to the appartment from the owner.

Appartment is in a building that is not well maintained. Elevator is small and stuffy. Bathroom was not really clean and need some renovation, kitchen also needs some maintenance.
