Great stay, helpful host, comfy beds, good location

Location was great. Could walk everywhere. Spacious accommodation, great for a group of friends. The beds were comfy. There was a car park 2 minutes walk away. We had a key issue upon arrival for one of the bedrooms but the host was brilliant and it was sorted so quickly. Was impressed and would travel here again.

Disappointing

The Location was great, 10 minute walk into the shopping area, and parking just round the corner, which was very reasonably priced.

Rooms need a lot of TLC, bed slats falling out, dirty light fittings, no draws/wardrobes to put anything. 2 showers, could only use 1 at a time, as when you tried to use both, 1 would stop running, then turned cold, which is not good for 10 people. Stained bleached towels, thick dust everywhere. Visible mouse traps, which doesn't help you sleep at night, but it is that noisy from the back of the apartments, with the clubs music booming till 3 am, you don't get that much sleep anyway. Problems with the boiler leaking, which tbf the host did help me sort out. Front door left open by the owners in the opposite the apartments. Eco toilet is a joke, having to run the tap to fill the toilet cistern. Scruffy entrance, stunk of cigarette smoke, and tab ends all over, which made our hall and landing stink. It really is a shame, because it could be a lovely place, but needs a lot of work doing to it.

Perfect location, very clean and communication was also great

Property was very clean, in a great location and had everything we needed. Communication was also great, with the host giving us recommendations for restaurants & bars in the city centre which is only a short walk away. Great value for money considering you're bang in the centre of Birmingham. Large rooms were perfect for our hen party. Will be booking again if we ever decide to come back to Birmingham! Definitely recommend.

Great location, great value, perfect for group of friends!

Really enjoyed my stay, it was a great central location right next to bull ring. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, plus it was good value for money and good for a night out in Birmingham for large groups.
