    ​DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible service, unsafe conditions, and dishonest management. ​On our first night (Room xxx), water was leaking heavily from the ceiling. We returned late at night to find our belongings soaked. Because the hotel was fully booked, they couldn't relocate us, leaving us forced to sleep in a leaking room overnight—to the point where our feet got wet. ​The night staff explicitly promised a one-night refund and instructed us to request it via Agoda. However, after we checked out, the hotel denied the refund and lied to Agoda, falsely claiming they had "upgraded" our room. In reality, Room xxx was identical in size and standard—not an upgrade at all. To make matters worse, they ignored my direct messages on WhatsApp completely. ​On top of the water leakage, the rooms were not clean, and the shower was moldy. Avoid this place at all costs—they will lie to keep your money after providing unacceptable service.

    Really unhappy with our stay - I expected a somewhat modern room however the facilities were quite old and our room was super dirty. I called room service and complained, and instead of giving us a new room they half-heartedly cleaned the spots I was pointing out in the moment. There were handprints on all mirrors, hairs, ripped towels and bed sheets; it was something i've not witnessed before. I do not recommend this hotel

    Incredibly noisy because of the location. Rooms are not well insulated from the noise which will go on till 4-5am because it neighbors several nightclubs. Everything else about the place was great tho.
