Highlands Reserve Golf Course is just over a mile from the property and ChampionsGate is six miles away. All the Disney parks are within a 15-mile radius.

Updated decor and furnishings ensure complete home comfort during your stay. The screened patio makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or a nightcap after the day's adventures. Plan and prepare meals with ease in the stainless steel full kitchen, which also includes a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Enjoy casual downtime in the living room and stay up to date on your favorite shows on any of the four, cable-equipped smart TVs. Modern must-haves include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Additional perks include an iron, an ironing board, and a vacuum.

The main-floor bedroom includes a private en suite access bathroom. A shared half-bath is also available on the first floor. Two upstairs guest rooms share access to a second full bath and the upstairs primary comes features with its own bathroom and a private balcony.

THINGS TO KNOW
Towels are provided free of charge. Should towels not be returned a fee may apply.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Please be aware that there is a $20/day (plus tax) Resort Fee that must be paid to the Resort directly upon check-in to allow access to the Resort Amenities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
