The first main-level bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen SMART TV. This bedroom has an attached ensuite bathroom. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom is a suite that features a King Size bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twin beds and one full :) All bedrooms have SMART TV’s.
All bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Please remember to stop at the supermarket to buy any other supplies you may need for your stay.

REGAL PALMS PARKING INFORMATION
◆ A maximum of 2 vehicles may park at the property driveway.
◆ Any additional vehicles must use the clubhouse/pool parking area during the daytime only.
◆ Vehicles parked in the clubhouse/pool parking area after 11:00 PM may be subject to towing.
◆ Additional vehicles beyond the 2-car limit are subject to a $10 per vehicle, per night fee.
◆ The clubhouse office closes at 12:00 midnight.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
Other things to note:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

$50 add-on (3:00 pm instead)

Late Check-Out:

My family of 5 enjoyed our 6 night stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was about a 30-45 min drive to get most places such as theme parks, icon park, etc. if you plan to use the lazy river, bring a float or pool noodle. They are not provided. The host was quick to respond and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again.

First time for many of my family members in Orlando. This was a great home. Had plenty of beds to accommodate our three families. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. They provided all the necessities to get our week started including laundry pods. The resort amenities were awesome. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and pools. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and access to bar. The host was very responsive and appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again.

The dryer was broken and we were expected to be there when the repair people wanted to look at it. The tvs and tv remotes were broken and the light and fan switch in the master bedroom was broken. The resort was nice and the condo was clean.
