Escape to this stunning three-story lakefront home for an unforgettable getaway on the private side of Lake Anna. Nestled on 2.59 acres with approximately 250 feet of prime waterfrontage, this serene retreat offers unparalleled privacy and access to endless outdoor fun. Lake Anna is a beloved destination for swimming, boating, hiking, camping, fishing, and wildlife watching. With a private covered boat dock and swim platform, you’re welcome to bring your boat and explore. Enjoy provided kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe—or dive into the water from the diving board (8–9 feet deep), or wade in gradually from the shallows.
After a swim, rinse off in the outdoor shower before firing up the grill or smoker on the sundeck. Dine al fresco while enjoying scenic views of Busbees Island—an eagle nesting ground perfect for birdwatching.
Inside, the home boasts stained glass touches, vaulted ceilings, and wood accents. Relax in the spacious living room with a smart TV, fireplace, books, and games, or head to the lakefront deck for more views. The oak kitchen is fully equipped with a Sub-Zero fridge, skylights, and a stone backsplash. Enjoy meals in the dining area or unwind in the sunroom overlooking the lake.
The home features six bedrooms—two on each floor. The main level includes a bedroom with deck access and one with an en suite. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with a jetted tub. The ground floor includes a rec area with a pool table, bar, games, and another smart TV.
Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and an EV charging outlet (travel charger required).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was wonderful, lots of space. High quality furniture, except the bunk bed. Nice and private. Our trip was hampered because of the fall on faulty stairs on the dock and the copperhead bite on the back stairs of the porch deck.

Interior was super clean. Large rooms. Very spacious. Sum room was awesome. We were disappointed with the yard and swim deck area. The yard and landscaping was overgrown and mostly weeds. The swim deck area was dangerous…there were broken boards on the side near the lake…bails were sticking out…there was a large hole in the concrete pavers right by the deck. The diving board was broken. The water was HOT, and I didn’t see that in the property write-up.

We had a nice time at this property. Lakefront was nice and the smoker made some nice meals. It is odd though that the master bedroom shares a bathroom with another bedroom- the doors to the bathroom are stained glass so you can see the person entering the shower from the master.
