Gather around the firepit in the evenings to settle down after a long day at the beach. Whip up some s'mores and have conversations with family and friends. There's also a gas grill if you're looking to enjoy some BBQ. And don't forget to take a dip in the refreshing pool for some cool relaxation. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Our party of 7 had a fabulous stay at this property. The house is beautifully decorated and the layout provides plenty of space for both group activities and privacy. The backyard amenities are lovely as well. It's clearly a new rental, with some minor glitches but nothing that detracted from our stay. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was on the first day, when there was a problem with the pool and no propane for the grill or firepit. While the weekend answering service was clearly outsourced and vague in responding to my concerns, Benchmark had both issues resolved the following morning. All's well that ends well. I hope we will be able to return next summer!

This place was above and beyond what we expected. Nine adults with plenty of space. Loved the outdoor areas as well. Walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes. We would definitely stay again!
