Villa Ginevra by Apulia Hospitality

Perfect location for visiting all the sites like Alberobello, locorotundo, Monopoli, and ancient ruins of Egnazio. Touring in the am then beach or hot tub later in the day. Living room small but you spend all your time outside large lounging area with lounge chairs. Capitols is easy to walk around with sidewalks 4 restaurants and a couple bars. Nice modern home with everything we needed

The villa is advertised as a 2 bed 2 bath perfect for 2 couples/families. It’s good for 2 people only. The first floor bedroom and bath are very small. The shower was ridiculously tiny. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were much nicer and larger but were moldy. No matter what we did, we couldn’t get rid of the mold and musty smell. We ended up traveling and staying in hotels in other cities to avoid sleeping there. The kitchenette is very tiny. There is no living room. Just a very very tiny galley kitchen and the room you walk into from the front door that has a table pushed against a wall w/4 chairs and a small loveseat. You need to get in your car to drive just about everywhere w/the exception of a cafe and restaurant w/in walking distance. There is no town center. The ocean is across the street but at a very far distance! This property was NOT as advertised and very disappointing! I will add that the owner of the property was very nice and tried to find us another of his properties but the only thing he had available was 20 minutes away and even further from the sea. We had no other choice but to stay there since we weren’t able to find another property at the last minute.
