About this house rental
Come and enjoy a spacious and peaceful stay at this charming recently updated home! We are just 10 minutes from the beach, St. Johns Town Center, & 5 minutes from the Mayo clinic. We are in the middle of everything but it feels like the countryside with a lake in the backyard and beautiful trees surrounding the home! Our beds are extremely comfortable, and the calming back porch overlooking the lake is a wonderful way to wind down and relax. Come enjoy your home away from home!
Welcome to your home away from home at our peaceful retreat! We have 3 bedrooms and a loft with a pull out couch.
-Master Bedroom is well appointed and has a very comfortable King Bed with Master Bath.
- 2 Queen Bedrooms with **Casper** Mattresses!
- Upstairs Loft has a leather pull out couch with a queen bed.
-Fully Stocked & State of the Art Kitchen!
We have a screened in back porch for you to enjoy the beautiful nature in the back yard. Watch the geese swim along in the little lake, the turtles bathe in the sunshine and the frogs serenade you in the evening. As we are centrally located, you can easily come and go doing all the different activities you love to do in Jacksonville. We are just 5 minutes from the beautiful Castaway Island Preserve where there is a public canoe launch and plenty of parking. There is a Publix along with many other food options and restaurants within a 2-3 minutes drive. We have everything you need for a relaxing time in Jacksonville.

The host was very friendly and responsive. Me and my family enjoyed the screened in back patio and the serene view. Rooms were spaces and the kitchen was fully stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the future.

In town for daughter’s graduation. Great location, older home that could’ve been cleaner but we were out 99% of our time there.

We found that this was a very nice house that is very well maintaned and a nice getaway to experience Northern Florida. Our family found the house very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stayed.

We were staying in Jacksonville for a weekend soccer tournament. This was the perfect house to stay at for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very clean. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to communicate with. Very quick responses. Thank you !
