Beautiful, bright apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) in Antibes, directly overlooking Place Nationale, in the heart of Antibes. It consists of a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely shower room. The apartment is air-conditioned. Self-check-in is possible. Antibes' old town is pedestrianized. The nearest parking is "La Poste"

The living room opens onto the Place Nationale and its restaurants, an extension of the apartment which will offer you an ideal space to share your sunny lunches or have an aperitif.
All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants on each arrival to take care of the premises.

Located in the heart of the Old Town, Place Nationale, the apartment is 150 meters from the Marche Provençal, 250 meters from the Picasso Museum, and 300 meters from the Parking de la Poste.
Gravette beach is less than 500 meters away, and Ponteil beach is less than one km away.
The apartment has a magnificent view of the Place Nationale, bustling with restaurants and passers-by, which hosts the second-hand market twice a week.
Go down for an ice cream, take a walk in the old town or go get croissants or pissaladière on the square.
Go see a play at the Antibea theater a few steps from the apartment or a movie in the new Cinema Marenda Lacan complex (opening scheduled for summer 2023!) near the Post Office.
Everything can be done on foot, but you can also park your car nearby (Weekly packages available: q-park antibes la-poste )
All amenities, shops and boutiques for shopping are accessible nearby, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy...
In season, the little train from the Post Office can take you to Juan Les Pins, where you can spend the day and discover other beaches.
Juan also offers a famous Jazz festival in summer (Jazz a Juan), and will seduce you with its bars and restaurants that make its reputation for nightlife!
A park for children is also available in front of the Post Office, in front of the Carrefour where you will find everything you need to do your shopping.
The old town of Antibes will immerse you in a resolutely Mediterranean atmosphere, between markets and lively alleys, squares and squares where the Antibes meet on the terraces of cafes and restaurants.
Antibes is also a city steeped in history. A former Greek port colony, you will have the opportunity to walk along the quays of the port and its famous billionaires' quay.

As far as sports activities are concerned, Antibes offers opportunities for sailing, as well as diving, windsurfing/kayak and catamaran rental. For golf lovers, courses are available nearby as well as horse riding and tennis.
In winter, you can access several resorts in the region during the day, such as Isola 2000 in 1.5 hours by car.
It is possible to come by train or by bus.
Otherwise you can ask us to set up a private transfer from the airport or train station to your resort.

The position of the apartment was really good. I had had the opportunity to see the old town with French atmosphere, music, food, provencial marché, beach, visiting Juan Les Pins by Petit train, making shopping and moving with train & bus without problem. I loved my trip.

Nicely put together one bedroom apartment in the heart of Antibes. Convenient to everything. We mentioned to property manager that the cleanliness could be improved.

The apartment is nice and well located, but definitely not a 10. So I am posting this review to balance the 10/10 reviews out there.
The living room is really nice and the location to the market place really great.
The bedroom feel like a students living quarter though and not what you would expect from the pictures or reviews.
The bedroom is to the rear, but you cannot open a window there either at night, since the air conditioners a running really loudly. So if you need to sleep with an open window, this apartment is not for you, since the garbage was collected at 6:00 in the morning even on the Sunday.
The organization was really efficient and on point.
