Location. Location. Location
The apartment needs a thorough clean and also a repainting and repair. Light fitting hanging off wall in bedroom. No door handle on apartment front door, toilet flush buttons facia had fallen off. Poor bedding, no headboard on bed. Lighting is poor especially in bathroom. I took photographs of all these issues and told the landlord.
