About this apartment rental
Housed in the most central district of Berlin (Mitte), Guesthouse Moabit’s apartments are in a quiet street within a lively central neighbourhood that is well connected to the local sights. The nearest subway station, Turmstraße, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the metro station Beusselstrasse is just 10 minutes by foot or a 3 minute bus trip away; and many buses to get around the city are accessible in under 3 minutes. A direct bus to the central train station allows a comfortable commute to BER airport by train.
The apartments are bright, cosy, and seek to create a homelike atmosphere. They are all equipped with either a kitchen or a smaller kitchenette that includes hobs, a minifridge, and an electric kettle along with basic cooking implements. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. WiFi connectivity is available in all areas and street parking is possible in the surrounding blocks.
The beautiful river Spree is just around the corner and the nearby streets are dotted with numerous cafés, eateries, and bars. Berlin’s large Tiergarten park is a very short bus ride away and the well-known shopping avenue, Ku’damm, is 3 subway stops from Turmstraße.
(!) We offer this flat for a lower price than other flats in the building because it is on the fourth floor without an elevator. If you have mobility issues we do not recommend booking the apartment (otherwise it's great cardio training ;) ). If you prefer to live on a lower floor, please feel free to contact us and we will check the availability for you.

This was a sweet and simple apartment with an easy location to all things Berlin. Working with the owners was super easy and they responded with answers to any questions that we had. It was great exercise walking up 5 flights of stairs. Just sad that there was no close parking. We would have no problem staying there again.

Great location - colourful and quiet, and within easy reach of the tourist centre. There's a tram stop about 5 - 10 minutes walk away that takes you to the train station and beyond. There are supermarkets, take aways and lots of eateries and cafes nearby. The apartment has tea, coffee, oil and stuff for cooking, which is thoughtful. Yes, the bathroom could do with a refurb - the toilet is old but clean, and it does take a few steps to reach the apartment, but we really enjoyed our stay here and will return.

The accommodations were spartan.
Bed and linens were clean, kitchen was adequate.
