About this apartment rental
You live in a separate, 35 square meter apartment, which is located on the ground floor of our single-family house in northeast Berlin in the 'green' district of Pankow in a quiet side street.
Immediately adjacent fields and allotment gardens invite you to take relaxing walks.
The apartment has a living room with kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, microwave / mini oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), a separate bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a bathroom with shower / toilet. TV and radio / CD / MP3 are included.
For a third person, an extra bed can be made in the living area.
If necessary, a travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
Access to the Internet is possible via WLAN.
Towels and bed linen are included.
Parking for cars is right in front of the property.

We had a very pleasant stay in the appartment. The place is clean, has a little cooking area, a big table to eat, a one person couch, a beautiful bathroom and the bed is comfortable. The owners live in the same house and are very nice. Contact was easy and everything went smoothly.
There's a supermarket about 10-15 min on foot from the appartment. You can get to the city center by bus and tram in about 30 - 40 min depending on the time of day, so you'll have to plan some extra travelling time, if you want to see the sights. The place is surprisingly quiet, which was nice, but I guess if you primarily want to experience Berlin's nightlife, this is not for you, because it's quite far out. If you're not in a hurry or maybe even bring a bike this place is a good choice.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Berlin. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man im Alltag so braucht, und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Het appartement is netjes en schoon , alle noodzakelijke dingen waren aanwezig , maar het viel ons qua ruimte tegen .
Voor meer dan 2 personen zou ik dit appartement zéker niet aanbevelen ; er was ook geen 'bank' aanwezig om relaxed te kunnen zitten ( op de foto lijkt het wel of er een bank staat , maar dit is een inklapbed ) .
Ook was het erg benauwd in het appartement ; helaas ontbrak er een airco , wat geen overbodige luxe zou zijn ; voor één nacht misschien geen probleem , maar bij een langer verblijf toch wel prettig .
Over de verhuurder niets dan lof ; zij waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam , helemaal toen ik problemen kreeg met mijn knie en ik de beschikking kreeg over krukken en erg meelevend waren toen wij onze reis hebben moeten afbreken door aanhoudende klachten .
