Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

Perfect apartment for trip to washington DC. Location is great. One metro stop from the main DC area. Shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Area nice and quiet and feels very safe to walk around. Apartment itself was perfect size, clean and just like listing. It has everything you need for a visit to capital. Check in and check out was very simple. Would highly recommend as the price differences around DC are very steap compared to this apartment. Would definitely use again if we returned. Couple small things which could be improved - tea towels for cleaning and drying dishes. Couple of dishwasher tablets wpuld be appreciated as well. But all in all apartment had everything you needed.

BAD:
The building is under material reconstruction which we were not made aware of. The front entrance was locked and we had to find our way in through a side door. The lobby area had all been torn apart and was in active construction and not exactly welcoming to kids (to say the least).
We were provided with incorrect access code to our apartment and when raised were told to re-enter the same code again and again. This exercise with tired children was not great. Eventually we got a new access code and got in.
There's a note outside of the apartment that the fire alarm has been switched off and in the event of fire you should dial 911 - not very trustworthy.
None of the above was communicated at the time of booking.

Apartment was nice, location is good and property manager was responsive.
