Very nice unit, with parking off the alley in the back, which is invaluable in Georgetown. Everything clean. Beds were comfortable. Gracious, friendly and accommodating hostess. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was expecting to find a queen size bed or pull-out sofa in the common area, as advertised, but there was none. Instead there was an inflatable mattress in a closet. Not quite the same. But I still highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Easy walk to GU. free off-street parking. 2 comfortable beds (and they added a blow up mattress when we had 2 extra coming in our party), everything you need to cook meals at home, and the host was a great communicator and super accommodating. More updated than a lot of the short term rentals around. Washer/dryer and all the soap, pods, paper towels etc. Just come and enjoy! Would definitely stay again. Already looking at their availability for this trip next year.

Roomy, clean, pleasant. The locked parking area with room for two cars was added bonus. It doubled as a safe dog yard in between dog walks. We had a little trouble with the door lock at first, but the host answered emails very quickly. Also, if you want a real kitchen, there isn’t one. You might not realize it because there is a nice kitchen area with everything but a real oven or stove. The hosts provide all kinds of other ways to cook food and make hot water or coffee though.
