Windsor Island Resort has an extravagant modern clubhouse which incorporates large resort style swimming pool with lazy river, slides and children's water park/splash pad to amuse the young at heart. There is a variety of sports amenities including basketball and sand volleyball courts and putt-putt golf. Other amenities include fitness room, game room, cafe and ice cream shop, multipurpose room, restrooms, game room, great room, fire pit to view fireworks and a tropical walk to name some.
The perfect choice for your brand new vacation home or zoned short-term rental. With a location that can't be beaten near Orlando's world-class attractions, ample shopping, dining and entertainment, and resort-style amenities, this community is bound to have everything you are looking for.

** The resort HOA does not permit reservations longer than 30 days.
** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Great house size and layout for family vacation time. The space allowed for eating and spending quality time together. I recommend pool heat as the weather quickly changed. The water park was lovely except the kids splash pad is not heated. The mini-golf course was a big hit! There is a bit of a drive to the parks especially during peak times. The home is in need of some paint touch up and the pool furniture is older and somewhat musty/moldy. The walls and floors could have been cleaner. There was pieces of glass in the lawn and on the pool deck. The neighborhood was very noisy in the weekends but quieter midweek. We were assessed additional fees for garbage and dirty towels by the cleaning services which we feel was inappropriate so take notice of all rules/information. There was also a fire inspection during our vacation week which was inconvenient but we were given notice of a four day window time frame which felt somewhat like it cut into our time but I supposed could not have been avoided. Overall, an average value for the cost paid.
