This was the first time that we rented a house rather than staying in a hotel. Our only complaints were that of the wifi access, which was poor, and the loose pavers at the entrance of the home. The clubhouse stated several homes had that issue due to the heavy rain that they had experienced. In all, we had a great time and would do it again.

We came in for a large cheer comp at ESPN. The house was beautiful. However the WiFi we were given didn’t work and it took us a day to get the correct information. The check in process was rough because our emailed list of name never made it to the resort, which resulted in several calls and emails. The only complaint about the property is the beds and the couch are super uncomfortable. I it’s such a nice house they really should give some attention to the beds they were terrible. The master downstairs was like sleeping on a hard floor. Several of the beds were very hard or had large dips in the mattresses. The couch has clearly been broken down and was also super uncomfortable. Overall the house was beautiful and clean.

Checkin was too much. Rude security at gated then another stop at clubhouse with grumpy person asking for license and plate number… combine to one. Emergency calls don’t work… no power in kitchen… Saturday call got taken care of on Monday! Guess it wasn’t an emergency! Warning… stop on your way at Walmart… there is nothing in the house. Buy bath cloths if you want them.
