Come and enjoy a 3-BED 2-BATH home with a private backyard pool! This home is in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Your family will be located right off north Banana River drive, minutes from water sports at Kelly Park, a 6-minute drive from Port Canaveral, an 8-minute drive to the beach, and minutes away from some of the best restaurants on the Space Coast. If you plan accordingly, you can see NASA space launches right from the pool.
You can grill up some burgers while having a movie night in the pool with the family! You can also see any rocket launches from the pool as well! Just make sure to look up the launch schedule! We offer pool noodles, rafts, goggles, and all of the other necessities that you need for the perfect pool day!
The nightlife in Cocoa Village, Cocoa Beach, and Cape Canaveral are excellent, with live entertainment, dancing, outdoor bars, restaurants, and shops. There are frequent weekend events, from art shows to food markets. The house is less than an hour away from Walt Disney World, which makes this a great place to stay if you want the ocean while having a short commute to the Disney parks. The quiet, safe neighborhood is perfect for traveling families.

Host was extremely quick to respond to questions and the property was extremely clean upon arrival. The pool is also cleaned weekly which is extremely nice! Great location close to Cocoa Beach and we could see rocket launches super clearly from the yard! Our group had a great vacation staying here.

Easy to get to, nice place. Owner address all issues that came up promptly. We even had a bonus rocket launch from space x that we where able to see from the pool. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect house for our family for vacation. The kids had a pool all to themselves which they loved. It's about 10 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes from Disney, making it the perfect vacation spot.
The house had everything we would need and more. The host was very attentive and responsive. We even saw a rocket launch from the pool. Overall, an awesome experience with this house.
