Great find! This beautiful home was spotless and stocked perfectly with everything we needed, even beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. The pool was amazing, and the view was spectacular! We saw dolphins and manatees right from the house and pool. The theater room was perfect for nightly movies and relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s lots to do nearby. We spent a day at the nearby Kennedy Space Center and saw a live rocket launch. Later in the week we saw another launch from the property!Bruce was an excellent host, very accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

The home was exceptional inside and out. The house was clean, quality furniture in all the rooms, lovely artwork graced the walls, a fully equipped/stocked cook's kitchen, and a large laundry room added to this homes appeal.The outside of the home was my family's favorite part of the property. Absolutely stunning view of the Indian River. The pool and spa were perfectly heated .Wildlife was abundant . Dolphins would pass by everyday and manatees as well. A nesting osprey family off the back deck entertained us daily.The property is also close to shopping, restaurants, Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center.The host was very accessible and makes sure everything is in working order.We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is a great hidden gem on the ICW with loads of privacy. Easy access to the beaches or not to far from a day at the Kennedy Space Museum. The hosts were very communicable and quick response times for any questions. The house overall was perfect, clean and equipped nicely....as advertised. The information packet provided was extremely detailed and answers any questions you may have relating to the house operations. Included are directions on getting around, areas to visit or just things to do in general. I would highly recommend this location for a nice private getaway. And, many thanks to the lovely hosts.
