Our 144-foot-long home offers a stunning 19,000-gallon saltwater pool, expansive 2,200 sq. ft. paver patio, and inviting spaces perfect for both luxurious getaways and unforgettable gatherings. Whether you’re here to unwind in the Florida sun, celebrate life’s milestones, or explore nearby treasures like Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Viera’s sports complexes, and the world-famous Port Canaveral Cruise Port — one of the busiest cruise ports in the world!

For guests embarking on cruises from Port Canaveral, The Manor may offer on-site parking for up to two vehicles during your cruise if you stay with us before departure. We may offer on-site parking for up to four vehicles if you stay with us immediately prior to and/or immediately after your cruise. Advance arrangements and host approval are required.

Cruise parking is available at a flat fee of $50 per vehicle for up to a 7-night cruise. For longer cruises, the fee is $10/day per vehicle.The Manor promises exceptional memories, comfort, and attention to every detail.

Occupancy: Up to 8 adults, 10 guests total (including children).

Primary Renter: Must be 30+ (exceptions for military, law enforcement, firefighters, medical, and EMS with prior approval).

Children: All under 18 must be supervised at all times and may not be left unsupervised.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking indoors. Vaping allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Parking: Driveway parking only (max 4 vehicles). No street parking or commercial vehicles.

Events: Must be approved in writing before booking. Permitted events include small weddings, business retreats, and adult gatherings. Additional fees, insurance, and guest count limits may apply.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM per county guidelines.

Pool: Please follow posted pool hours. No glass in pool area.


Cruise Parking

Cruise parking is available only with prior host approval and must be arranged in advance.

Guests staying immediately prior to and/or immediately after their cruise may park up to four vehicles. (No Commercial Vehicles)

Cruise parking fees: $50 per vehicle for up to a 7-night cruise; $10/day per vehicle for cruises longer than 7 nights.

Parking is in the rear fenced in driveway only; no street parking is permitted at any time.
