***10th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo at the beautiful Coral Reef!*** Recently Completely redone with all brand new furniture throughout.
This condo was sold in May of 2023 and the new owner has completely upgraded the entire condo. Nearly every single piece of furniture has been purchased new for the Summer 2023. New pictures will be up soon.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and two separate vanity areas. Master bath has a newly renovated walk in shower with dual shower heads. The guest room is spacious with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room has a large closet.
The living room has a large flat screen smart TV and sleeper sofa. You will feel like you are in a private home when you stay here!
All amenities and parking are on-site. There are two beautiful pools (one heated seasonally) and a large beachfront gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the beach. There is beach volleyball and a fitness center for your use. Beach Service Rentals for chairs, banana boat rides, jet skis and parasailing are available on the beach for a fee.

This a great condo on the beach, in one of the best condominium complexes in Panama City Beach. I’m familiar with Coral Reef; it’s well kept and very quiet! The staff at ECD were great to deal with. I received a phone call from one of the staff members, letting me know what Coral Reef was doing to prepare for Hurricane Helene. My only suggestion - and it’s minor - bath mats for the showers and vanities. We had plenty of towels so it wasn’t an issue.

We’ve been coming to PCB for 35 plus years and this was the absolutlely the best and most relaxing place we have ever stayed! It will be our new home away from home for any future visits. Thank you so much for sharing your home withus!

The condo is decorated tastefully, and location is fantastic! We would visit this area again, but I honestly would avoid this property manager for the inconvenience of their requested payment method outside of the VRBO app and via check by mail. In addition, whoever they are having clean is not that great as the bottoms of our feet were black just from walking barefoot on the floors, and the trash can was gross and baseboards filthy. The unit looked cute, but there were maintenance issues. We found on the first night, after driving for 13+ hours, that the TV remote in the second bedroom and the one in the living room were missing batteries and battery covers. Management communicated with me about it, promising to send maintenance with batteries, but they never arrived. The recliner is broken and doesn't close while you're sitting in it. You have to get off of it and physically force it closed. The sliding door has a dangling piece on the lower track, but it doesn't affect function. The one hair dryer in the unit didn't work and was also reported to management. They say this will be replaced later as we also brought one of our own. The most disappointing is the leak under the kitchen sink, which was not disclosed to us, so the bowl underneath that was
already there to catch water overflowed before we realized we'd need to keep an eye on it our entire visit, not something I care to do on vacation. Not horrible, but not great. Didn't ruin our vacation and VRBO's fault.
