Everything was great.

The king bed was not properly put together so it was very unstable

The property was great overall. The biggest, most impactful issue was the fact that the elevator was broken/down. I wasn’t notified before the trip and then was told it would be fixed same day. It was not. Carrying luggage, groceries, cooler, etc up and down 5 flights of stairs each day was terrible.

The water by the condo was BEAUTIFUL. There’s a sand bar and not a ton of shells. We loved the karaoke nights and movie nights they had. We were there three nights and every night was something new. The pools were maintained WONDERFULLY! The front desk staff was so nice! Plenty of shopping and food nearby. As a mom I loved how laundry was easily accessible in the condo.

The toilet ran in the master bath. The batteries to all the remotes were dead but the front desk quickly fixed it. The master shower head doesn’t get all the water and it’s got low pressure.

Location was where we were looking to be. It was the right size for our party.

Ice maker was broken, master toilet constantly ran unless you jiggle the handle, floors were very dirty, everything in the property stayed wet because the a/c couldn’t keep up (despite us being gone all day), and the condo complex was extremely loud. Upstairs neighbors blared music until 11pm every night despite “quiet hours” that were advertised to start at 10pm. People were also screaming and yelling from the pool area late at night as well. Pool did not have enough chairs and we also had to pay $30 extra for wrist bands. Not the vibe we were looking for and not a good value for the money we paid.
