The view, swimming pool and patio was absolutely amazing! Best we ever had! (And private beach area as well)
The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the fitted sheets keeps coming off when you sleep.

My recent stay at a villa near Ulcinj, was amazing. The villa is luxurious and surpassed all of my expectations. Clean rooms, air conditioning everywhere, spacious living room, clean and warm pool, quiet poolside were just one of the things that amazed me. The sfuff was also great and they were providing help for everything. Mijo was taking good care of us. Beach side offers unrivaled access to the crystal-clear water and its very private. We enjojed playing in the pool, swiming in the sea, enjojing the view with calm wind aside. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking enjojymet and beauty of the surroundings and indulge in the ultimate relaxation.

Large house with plenty of space and 4 bathrooms. Private outdoor area with beautiful view and private sea access. Large outdoor private pool and outdoor shower. Indoor garage for the car. Bakery and small grocery store nearby. Helpful and service minded gardener and hosts.
The property is in general in need for maintenance and upgrades. The bathrooms and kitchen are older and outdated. The plumbing system in the house is very noisy and inconvenient at night if someone uses the toilet… Also most cabinets both at bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are in need for better cleaning. The beds were rocky hard. The outdoor terrace and grid around the pool are very worn out and there were several loose and rusty nails at the wooden cover and the plastic grid was broken and we “stepped” through them several places. The pool area would not be safe for children without improvements/ upgrades.
