Amazing view. Very kind, helpful and nice personal. They even printed our boarding cards, explained us all we needed. However, they only take the garbage, no room cleaning, no towel change (only every 3 days). The beach closeby was not good, the bigger one 10-15min walking was better. Supermarket is also 10-15min walking distance.

2 days no internet, parking lot was not convenient. Pool was deep, you must swim to use the pool.

Good loction, but dirty and smelly apartment, not recommend

The only good thing was the pool with nice wiew, and there was a small beach with few minutes of walk.

Unfortunately we booked our stay last minute so we got a room with no sea wiew. The only window was the balcony door which was facing the little road and the parking spots. It was a bit noisy and also it was a shared balcony with the apartment next to us. On Booking they listed the accepted credit cards so we were unprepared with cash. But their terminal didn't working because "Montenegro is full and there are too many people making credit card payments" ?! We only had this problem here. The cleanness wasn't good enough for us, ants were running on the floor, on the kitchen furniture... Toilet was dirty and there were little rocks in it ?! In the bathroom there was an awful smell that they tried to hide with an automatic air freshener. But every time we returned to the apartment we had to leave the door and the balcony door open to let fresh air into the room. Shower stall was broken and leaking. We agreed not to complain about these things, because we felt a little tense mood from the hosts already because of complaining about the unexpected cash-payment and the apartment without sea wiew. We mentioned it though at the chech-out. It was just 3 nights booked luckily.

the host is always a pleasure to speak to and he and his crew are very friendly, due to our age to no fault to the host we need to be more communicative and request a lower level apartment. the price was what we were looking for, the view was fantastic.

we had no soap, water, nothing to drink again to no fault to the host since we came in late and nothing was opened.

Perfect

The hosts are amazing, super friendly and made us fell really welcomed. The pool is beautiful and deep with perfect sunsets. The balcony was just heaven and the access to the beaches were great. Calm place to spend some quality time and relax. The bus stop is just a few minutes walking with also a supermarket and bakery nearby. Unfortunately there is no ATM nearby neither in utjeha so it is necessary to withdraw money before going there. We highly recommend this place, specialty for the hospitality of the owners. Thank you again.

It is definitely a place we would return to!

Thank you for a perfect stay in your lovely hotel. We liked it very much! Very nice apartment in a very quiet area, the parking place is near the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped. The views from the balcony are incredible. The swimming pool is wonderful. It is definitely a place we would return to.

-However, there were some noises downstairs early in the morning but it doesn't change the fact that overall we really enjoyed our time there

Отличное место для семейного отдыха – всё удобно, спокойно и очень гостеприимно!

Очень понравилось расположение – пляж совсем рядом, море чистое, без медуз и ежей у берега. На территории большой бассейн, удобный паркинг даже для больших машин, таких как MB Sprinter. Хозяин отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь, даже заселились ночью без проблем. Комнаты просторные, с хорошим балконом, где приятно завтракать и проводить вечера. Рядом нет шумных баров, поэтому вечером тихо и комфортно, особенно для отдыха с семьёй.

Серьёзных минусов не заметили. На территории большой бассейн глубиной около 1,6 м, удобно поплавать взрослым; для детей, которые не умеют плавать, лучше использовать нарукавники.

Barátságos fogadtatás, kedves segítőkész személyzet. Gyönyörű, tengerre néző panoráma mindkét szobából. Közel a tengerpart (kis öböl). Két tökéletes medence. Mindez nagyon kedvező áron!

Прекрасное место для отдыха семьей. Умопомрачительный вид с балкона на закаты. Отличное расположение, рядом с дорогой но ниже уровнем, так что гасится шум дороги. Рядом много пляжей, больше всего понравился "Кристальный". Бассейн чистый и ухоженный.

Чуть подкачала уборка номеров. Это вам не Египет и Турция где убирают каждый день и через день меняют полотенце. Все на что можно расчитывать это вынос мусора, и то иногда нужно просить что бы это сделали. Но это все мелочи. Вид из окна перекоывает их))

Locatie excelenta, cu multe plaje cu pietre in apropiere, plaje cu nisip la 15 minute cu masina

Locatia, piscina cu apa extrem de curata, desi nu am folosit-o prea mult. Distanta fata de plaja din zona foarte mica.

Curatenia la receptie nu a fost foarte buna. Mizerie prezenta pe vesela si in baie. Aerul conditionat nu a functionat cum trebuie. Pana la finalul sejurului a fost inlocuit aparatul de aer conditionat cu altul nou. Probabil urmatorii locatari vor avea un confort termic mai bun.
