Fantastic location, steps from the beach. Clean , spaciuos apartment with everything you need. Above all wonderful people , the host was there to welcome me and she offered me coffee and water upon arrival which was so welcomed after hours driving , and the host Pero who truly wants you to feel at home. I couldn’t reccomend this place more!

Great location near the sea, comfortable room and nice host.

The location is fabulous, 50 meters from the sea, near a rocky gulf with restaurants and bars. Building is new, all facilities, daily cleaning, room with balcony to the sea, great view.

The bathroom could use some improvements (shower head and soap dispensers).

Disappointed - always check Google maps rating/comments before booking

The main reason my friend and I choose this apartment was proximity of the sea, seaview from the terrace and rating that this apartment have here on Booking app. But unfortunately, seaview is blocked by the building and tree in front. So the only two good things here is that: Cleaning lady Marija was nice and were polite 🤗 You have to make 20,30 steps and you are near the water, to watch the sunset, maybe sunbathing. But access to the sea is terrible so it's definitely not for kids and older people. Believe me, always check Google maps ratings also, we didn't saw that on time.

In addition to a good view and proximity to the sea, we also expected the rest of the things from the description on the booking - a Lux apartment with all the necessary things for a stay of 7 days. This is anything but Lux, this is a room near the water and nothing more. There is no kitchen. We received two plates, a saucepan, a pan, a couple of cups, a kettle and a small stove with an extension cable from the woman who stayed in the apartment before us, because no one else welcomed us. So everything you want to cook will have to be on the terrace. The TV physically exists, but it doesn't catch almost any channel, so it remained switched off for the rest of our stay. Also, the owner of the apartment told us that in addition to the French bed, we also have a two-seater in the accommodation, which was not used. The french bed is not french, but two single beds joined together, and it was not so important that the mattresses were not poor quality. The bedding for both mattresses is too small, so as soon as you move during the night, everything falls off the bed. Both my friend and I woke up broken in the morning and went to the part of the beach where the owner provided wooden deck chairs so our backs, hips, everything hurt. Then you get up from the sunbed to enter the water and watch when you are going to break an arm, a leg, a hip because the approach to the water is extremely slippery and at least a couple of people and children fall every day, so watch out for that. A mini local store is relatively close to the accommodation, there is no bakery, there are a couple of restaurants nearby but they are not that tempting and do not have a large selection. The first bigger shops are a few kilometers from you, so if you don't come by car, it's very difficult to get to them because this accommodation is all the way down the hill in the bay. Our vacation was saved only by the car and the fact that we went to a different place every day.

Mo boravak u objektu je bio izvrstan i zaista sam uživao u vremenu provedenom ovdje.

Objekat je bio čist i udoban. Peškiri su se mjenjali svaki dan. Objekat je udaljen par metara od plaže, gdje vas čekaju besplatne ležaljke sa suncobranima. Dio plaže je pokriven prirodnom hladovinom. More izuzetno čisto. Pero je bio susretljiv, domaćinski raspoložen i nenametljiv. Toplo preporučujem svima i sigurno ću opet posjetiti objekat.

Zaista nemam nikakvih zamjerki na objekat.

Gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu zweit und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage ist wunderschön, Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus und in 1 min ist man am Meer. Wir hatten immer eine freie Liege und konnten einen Schirm in der Unterkunft bekommen. Das Apartement war sehr geräumig und das Batt bequem, das Schlafsofa war auch echt oke zum schlafen. Klima hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer, wow. Die Küche haben wir kaum genutzt, da wir meistens auswärts gegessen haben. Das Bad ist etwas Renovierungsbedürftig, aber es ist voll ok und sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass alles passt. Angela das Zimmermädchen ist auch sehr nett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!

Duże rozczarowanie.

Wspaniała lokalizacja przy morzu. Kilka restauracji w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Niektóre pokoje mają balkony od strony morza. Sympatyczny gospodarz i niewiarygodnie sympatyczna, uprzejma, pomocna dziewczyna z obsługi. Droga dziewczyno - serdecznie Cię pozdrawiam. Twój codzienny uśmiech, przywitanie, pytanie czy wszystko mamy... bezcenne.

Rezerwując nocleg nad samum morzem liczyliśmy na kąpiel w morzu. To było ogromne rozczarowanie. Można sobie iść nad wodę, poleżeć na leżaku, ale nie da się zejść do wody. Cały brzeg to ostre niebezpieczne skały. Żeby się wykąpać, to trzeba iść 15-20 minut wzdłuż brzegu do maleńkiej, zatłoczonej plaży, gdzie jest milion ludzi na m2 i brudna woda. Na szczęście zarezerwowaliśmy tu tylko 3 dni. Gdybym zarezerwował tu całe wakacje - byłbym wściekły. W pokoju klimatyzacja nie daje rady i do tego czasem się wyłącza (lub ktoś ją wyłącza). W nocy gorąco. Brak jakiegokolwiek stolika, czy ławki na zewnątrz. Nie ma gdzie usiąść by wypić wino, a miejsce jest, bo na parkingu oliwki, pod którymi aż chciałoby się usiąść. Mogłem usiąść na balkonie, ale... tam było okno wychodzące z czyjejś łazienki, więc ja tu sobie winko z widokiem... a z okna odgłosy "łazienkowe" jeśli wiesz co mam na myśli.

Amazing location, beatiful clean sea

お部屋は清潔でシンプル、広々、綺麗な海へのアクセスはとても良かったです。また、少し早めのチェックインに応じていただけましたし、帰りは最寄りのバス停まで車で送ってくださいました。（そのバス停では炎天下で30-40分待つ必要があり、結局タクシーを使いました）

言語の問題か、質問に対しての回答がうまく理解できず、重ねて尋ねると気分を害されました。また、ワインのサービスをオファーいただき、一旦は断ったものの、翌日改めて部屋まで持って来てくださったので有難く頂きましたが、口コミを依頼されたので9と評価したら、SMSでもこちらのメッセージでもクレームが来てびっくりしました。SMSのメッセージには、「idioti (馬鹿者)」「豚野郎」的なものが送られてきて、怖くなっています。

Krásná a klidná dovolená!

Pan Pero Lukič, jakožto majitel byl každý den k dispozici, stejně jako slečna Angela, která objekt a apartmány denně udržovala v čistotě. Každý den jsme byli dotazováni na to, zda něco nepotřebujeme. Postele byly ideální a to bylo důležité, jelikož máme problémy se zády. Voda bohužel není pitná, ale to nevadilo, Angela nam rada nabízela pitnou vodu v lahvích každý den. Barely cca 6l se daji koupit v nedalekém obchodě za cca 1,5 €. Na terasy s lehátky to bylo kousíček a vstup do moře byl skrze železný žebřík, na což jsme taky zvyklí a nad vstupem bylo několik teras, kde byly rozložené dřevěné polohovatelné lehátka, které náležely našemu apartmánu. Mohli jsme si také vyzvednout u Angely slunečníky. Prostě bylo to fajn. Restaurace jsou v blízkosti ubytování a pláže - ceny jsou slušné, řekla bych asi jako u nás v České republice.

Ubytování jsme dlouho hledali, apartmán není označen svým názvem LUX SEA. Lednička by mohla být větší, ale zvládli jsme to 😀.

Karnyújtásnyira a tenger...

Egy karnyújtásnyira a tenger. Tiszta rendezett szobák, nagy erkéllyekkel. Egy baráti társasággal voltunk ott és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A szállásadó extra kedves és segítőkész. Még egy üveg, helyi olivaolajat is kaptunk tőle ajándékba. A beach is szuper és változatos, a környék pedig nagyon csendes. A meredek és szűk utcák ellenére jók a parkolási lehetőségek is az apartmannál. Jövünk újra!
