Very well equipped apartment,you can cook anything, place is ideal for family of 4.

The kitchen is well equipped, practical. We could eat our breakfast on terrace with the beautiful Adriatic sea wiev, which is unforgettable.The place is quiet, no parties around.The sea is just 2 minutes walk distance. There are several little rocky beaches around, and a big one as well.

Великолепные апартаменты ОЧЕНЬ близко к морю

Потрясающие апартаменты! Эксклюзивная локация относительно моря - очень близко и не нужно идти километр в гору после пляжа. Чисто, стильно, красиво, довольно просторно. Вид на море (даже из ванной комнаты :-)) Парковка - под крышей (машина днем не нагревается - идеально). Хороший сигнал wi-fi. Великолепная коммуникация с хозяйкой - всегда на связи, помогает, советует, решает вопросы! У апартаментов нет точного адреса, но мы забивали в навигатор "Apartments Marina" и GPS привел сразу правильно в нужное место. Также хозяйка высылает видео и фото с ориентирами, как добраться до апартаментов из Утехи. Недалеко есть ресторанчик (налево по пляжу), где очень вкусно и недорого можно поужинать, с наикрасивейшим видом на море и закат.

Это больше недостаток места, чем квартиры - все близлежащие пляжи - каменные. Один (направо) - с галькой, что не есть плохо, но зайти в море из-за камней и скал бывало проблематично, потому как часто были большие волны. Если есть машина, можно ехать на другие пляжи, мы, в частности, съездили на Великий Песак. Он песочный, но народа там нереааааально много. На пляже все заставлено зонтами и лежаками так, что даже пройти не получится. С этой точки зрения, пляжики возле дома были намного уютнее. Также место апартаментов довольно тихое, там нет променада для вечерних прогулок, магазинов, городской суеты. Самый близкий (в моем понимании) приличный магазин - в 8-15 минутах на машине (в зависимости от пробок) в соседнем городке Добра Вода. И, пожалуй, единственный минус самих апартаментов - на кухне нет разделочной поверхности между раковиной и плитой и доски для разделки продуктов (доска только микроскопическая, на ней продукты резать не получится). Но это совершенно незначительно на фоне всех других преимуществ этой локации.
