Location in Kolonaki beautiful neighbourhood with restaurants, shops and museums.
Comfortable beds
Well decorated, nice bathroom, full equipment for laundry

Efficient air conditioning
The apartment is a basement with little natural light. Good to sleep but not pleasant during the day.
The main bed is in front of the entrance door that feels weird (but the door can be obscured with a blind)
It was good to crash two nights in Athens before heading off to the islands but I would find it a bit depressing for a longer stay
