1. Lokalizacja (w ogłoszeniu powinno być wyraźnie napisane, ze mieszkanie jest ulokować na najwyższej górze w Atenach, co moze stanowić problem dla osób niepełnosprawnych). 2. Brak możliwości bezpośredniego kontaktu telefonicznego (a byla taka potrzeba) z wynajmujacym. 3. Mieszkanie zarezerwowane dla 3 os., a były tylko 2 komplety pościeli. 4. Bardzo niewygodna sofa w salonie, na której nie da sie spać! To nie powinno być liczone jako dodatkowe miejsce do spania. 5. Niekompletne wyposażenie kuchni (brakowało podstawowych rzeczy, jak sztućce czy kubki). 6. Ekspres do kawy to jakaś farsa (dla 3 os. 2 kapsułki na cały kilkudniowy pobyt). 7. Mieszkanie nie jest czyste. W łazience był ogromny karaluch. 8. Niekompletne pościel. 9. Drzwi w łazience nie domykały sie w ogóle. Zatem niemozliwe bylo osiągnięcie w tym miejscu całkowitego komfortu. 10. Za oknami w kuchni i łazience beton, także było tam ciemno.

We really loved this beautiful apartment, it was very clean, the kitchen was very functional with lots of utensils, the neighbourhood is absolutely lovely. The hosts were always available via whatsapp, and did everything to make our stay great. Despite some issues we absolutely enjoyed our stay here!

The main problem to be solved asap is the toilet door, which is not only impossible to lock, but even to close! We were a family of 3 and it was very uncomfortable. Secondly, the boiler is super tricky, I spent hours trying to figure it out and still didn't. Apparently it switches off by itself at random times, so you have to switch it on again and then wait 30 minutes for the water to heat. Our morning routine was hell (waiting 30 mins before shower for 3 people!) and eventually it took us AGES to get ready. Also, while the nights were quiet, in the morning the apartment building becomes lively and you can hear it all. It wasn't a problem for us because we woke up early anyway, but if you're planning morning lie-ins, I would suggest you bring earplugs.

Στο Κολωνάκι, μπροστά σε ένα ήσυχο πάρκο. Φωτεινό, διαμπερές, με μεγάλα δωμάτια και φανταστική διακόσμηση. Ασφαλές, διακριτική αλλά συνεχής η παρουσία της αστυνομίας στους γύρω δρόμους. Πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό. Επίσης λειτουργούν πολλά πάρκινγκ τριγύρω.

Mooie en rustige ligging en toch dicht bij alles. Zeker een aanrader. Ook de communicatie was super! Moesten maar iets vragen en werd direct geregeld! Super!!!!
