Central location, parking permit, easy access to local busses for trips out, spacious flat, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Despite record high temps, we managed to stay cool in the flat. Easy to waste time on the promenade people watching and enjoying the beach volleyball.
Overwhelming smell of damp in the entrance hall and to a lesser extent, in the flat. Kitchen towels were dirty and appear not to have been changed from previous occupants. All taps were grimy. Local lads and lasses revving engines and driving motorbikes and cars up and down promenade and back streets.

Property was almost perfect, just more toilet paper would have been great.
