Spacious first floor apartment with gorgeous sea views

The view was amazing and location was perfect. I loved being able to sit on the comfy sofa and watch the sea.

I loved everything. Could do with a heavier duvet for winter. Maybe blankets. But that’s only personal preference.

Location is lovely with great sea views. Large lounge with table, and bay window seats overlooking the sea view. Large apartment and cosy.

Generally seemed a little musty in the apartment. Bathroom had mould in places (blind surroundings for example) Bedding had some mould on it at some point, although it was washed and smelt ok, the evidence was there Kitchen oven smelt when turned on, either cleaning chemicals or prior food not sure. Had to rewash all the plates, cutlery and cooking equipment, like pans and glass dish prior to using as they didn't look like they had been cleaned properly, or had been left for a long time without use. All above simple fixes with some tlc... Satellite TV did not work. We weren't bothered by this but others may be - It said there weren't any channels due to signal issue.

We had a wonderful view of the lovely Weymouth beach and beyond, out into the sea. The location itself was ideal, really close to town and it's also easy to get out to other places too, such as Chesil Beach, Portland. The apartment was large, set out really nicely and had everything needed for a long weekend stay - we both really enjoyed our time there and would more than happily return. We were greeted warmly and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming - this always makes a difference. Wafflicious (right downstairs) is a delicious place to eat waffles (as the name suggests :) , highly recommended. Happy childhood memories of holidaying to Weymouth every year came flooding back, a relaxing place to stay helped this along. Can't really think of any negatives (only slight noise from those out drinking on a Friday and Saturday night, which obviously is no fault of the owners! It wasn't too late and I soon got back to and had a good night's sleep in the comfy bed). The place was clean enough for us, an old building has expected slight issues (the same as our own back home) but not a problem whatsoever. Overall a 9.5/10 - stay there at any time of year and be a happy couple 🤗 Many thanks, David and Ania x

Spacious , good view, comfortable sofa

Stairs on entry. Parking issues, causing stress & made it difficult to come & go freely. Issues with oven overheating. General cleanliness ,in need of a refresh..toilet in particular needs a deep clean and seat needs replacing or refitting as it moves !!. Oven needs a deep clean but preferably needs replacing .Dirt/ mould on blind in bathroom. Music from downstairs business is constant throughout the day. Bed creaky and only moderately comfortable ..
