    This is my second time stay in this hotel, despite some delays due to an overnight full house booking, it has been a lovely stay in this hotel, very service orientated, even went to the extent of checking on how was the food after room service was served, simply felt the standard of the hotel has not dropped since the first time i tried this hotel a year ago, very happy with the staff, service breakfast,cleaniness n location of this hotel, would fully recommend it to anyone visiting bankok who is looking for a good hotel, it certainly lives up to its reputation

    More than amazing stay. I cant believe how helpful the staff were to accomodate us after our checkout since the flight was late! Amazing location and great hospitality

    I expected the room to have a bathtub but it didn't, and the room itself was kind of small. My room was also very far away from the lifts, speaking about the lifts, they are very slow and sometimes get very crowded with guests having to shuffle between luggages and other guests to get out. The hotel pool was small and had a lot of guests lounging right on it, which discourages swimming. The staff are all quite friendly.
