    Great location—it takes only about 30 minutes to get here via the Airport Rail Link. They were super helpful in accommodating my room request, and the front desk team was polite, friendly, and offered great local tips. Extremely satisfied overall, and this will definitely be my top choice when I visit Bangkok again!

    The location, food & staff service is great. Truly one of the best hotel I've stayed in Bangkok so far. Easily accessible by ARL airport rail link from the airport fully sheltered at 45 thb/pax. Stay 4 nights - looking forward to hotel breakfast every morning with huge variety and all was great! The beds were comfortable, room is clean with pool+ room slippers, bathrobe & umbrella provided. There's convenience mart? after you, a few restaurants within the mall linked to the hotel. Hotel provides massages & 2 external massage places nearby. 7-11 & KFC less than 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. Service staff spoke good english, attentive & welcoming! Hotel lobby looks great & smelled nice with comfortable chairs to hang out in. There's also quite extensive menu selection of food & drinks available to order in the lobby. Big gym. Decent outdoor pool. 2 BTS stations to Siam Paragon & Central World. Not too expensive. Definitely will recommend this hotel for those coming to bangkok.
